Q: Are your custom t-shirts pre-shrunk?
A: Yes, most of our t-shirts are pre-shrunk to minimize further shrinkage after washing. Check the product description for specific care instructions.

Q: How do I customize my t-shirt?
A: You can upload your design, choose from a variety of fonts, and select colors directly on the product page. If you need help, feel free to contact us for guidance!

Q: Can I add a design to the back of my t-shirt?
A: Yes! Our customization options allow for front, back, or both sides of the t-shirt to be printed. Additional charges may apply depending on your design.

Q: Can I order a t-shirt with my own logo or artwork?

Q: How should I care for my custom t-shirt?
A: To keep your t-shirt looking its best, wash it inside out with cold water and tumble dry on low. Avoid ironing directly over the print.

Q: How long will the print last on my t-shirt?
A: With proper care, the print on your t-shirt should last for a long time without fading, cracking, or peeling.


Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. Custom t-shirts with personalized designs are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Once your return is approved, refunds are issued within 1 business day and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. We use a PCI DSS–compliant payment processor and never store your full credit card information on our servers.
